Can I change my order after making my deposit?

Yes, it is possible but not guaranteed. If you would like to change the date or increase/decrease the amount of items rented, it is possible if it is not already reserved. We must be notified no later than two weeks prior to your event of the change.

I don’t see what I am looking for, can you find it for me?

Of course! If we don’t have the right color, type, size, item, etc., let us know and we will do our best to ensure we get it for your event.

Can you work within the budget we set?

If you give us a budget and general likes/dislikes, we will attempt to put together a list of items for you to choose from. In the end, we want YOUR vision to come to life, so we will make suggestions but we would like you to select the items you want.

Can we pick up our rentals or will they need to be delivered?

Yes, you may pick up some of our rental equipment. There is a minimum $100 order for “Will-Call” items.

Is there a minimum budget for delivery?

We do ask for a minimum rental order (before taxes and fees) for all events within and outside of New Bern, NC. This rate is considered on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on order size, location, and the date of the event.

Do we need to place rental orders in advance?

Everything is subject to availability, so it's always best to reserve items as soon as you know that you need them. This way you are guaranteed to have them for your special day.
